■做法■
1.黄油软化后加入糖粉和盐,搅打均匀;
2.分两次加入淡奶油,用手动打蛋器打到轻盈蓬松状;
3.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀切拌均匀;
4.放入干葱碎翻拌均匀;
5.将面糊装入裱花袋,用大号菊花嘴,挤花在铺了锡纸的烤盘上;
6.烤箱预热180摄氏度,上下火,烤盘放在烤箱中层,烤15~20分钟即可。

TIPS
1.干葱碎可以买到现成的,如果没有可以用鲜葱切成葱碎直接使用,或者先用烤箱烘烤脱水。
2.如果不喜欢太重的葱油味,可以适量减少干葱的量。
3.用的裱花嘴口径不要太小,否则葱花碎容易堵住出口。
4.如果没有淡奶油,可以用等量的牛奶或者鸡蛋代替。
