1 接上式。左掌由内向外翻掌,右掌由上向下翻掌,重心左移。

2 左掌向上翻,并放在腹部前方位置,右手掌心朝内,双腿呈右弓步。

3 身体重心左移呈左弓步,右臂由右侧下落并向左前方画弧,左掌贴于右臂内侧。

4 双臂上举至胸前位置,此时右掌心朝内,左手翻掌并轻抚右臂内侧。

10 双臂由外向内下按,下身姿势不变。
