第九式 斜行拗步

1 接上式。左掌翻掌上举,右掌姿势不变。

4 双臂旋转,左臂向外,右臂向内,右脚下落。

5 左掌向上翻,托掌,右掌则向下、向内按压至腹部位置。左脚向左前方迈一步,脚跟着地。

6 身体微微向右转,左掌推至肩前,竖掌,右掌向外、向下按压。

7 上身向右转,左脚踩实,呈右弓步。右掌向上翻并上抬至与肩齐高,左掌经面部前方向右肩画弧。

8 右掌向上画弧,托掌;左掌则向下、向内按压至腹部位置。

9 左掌下压至身前低于髋部的位置,右掌提至右耳旁,双掌继续画弧。身体重心左移,呈左弓步。

10 上身向左转,左掌向左、右下画弧,右手随头部左转,自然贴于左臂大臂内侧。
