饺子皮......20张
葱姜末......适量
盐......2克

①提前一晚包好锅贴。将白菜洗净切末,加盐搅拌腌制;猪肉末中加入葱姜末、盐、蚝油、生抽、五香粉后搅拌均匀。

②腌好的白菜用纱布挤掉水分后,加入少许芝麻油,与肉馅混合均匀。

③取饺子皮放入馅料,捏紧中间的面皮,两端露口可以捏紧(也可以不捏),放入冰箱冷冻,做早餐时适量取用即可。

④平底锅中倒入少许植物油,码好锅贴,开小火煎1分钟后,加入没过锅贴1/2处的清水。

⑤大火烧开后盖锅盖,转中小火煎至水分收干即可出锅。
